We make all of our products to order. To do so, we build in a lead time of two days so we can make sure we have all the ingredients fresh on the day we bake your BiteSize treat(s). If you have missed the order deadline for your preferred collection date, please email us at info@bitesize.ie and we will try our best to facilitate you.

An artisan birthday cake baked fresh to order by hand in our own kitchen in Midleton, with your choice from four delicious cake fillings. We decorate our birthday cakes with a selection of summer flowers, meringue swirls and chocolate treats, depending on what is available. Our birthday cake inscription plaques are edible and allow you to put your own personal message on the cake.

Please note:

After you collect your treats, keep them refrigerated and eat within two days from the date of collection.

All of our products are made in a bakery where nuts are present (almonds in particular) so there may be trace elements of nuts in all of our products.

Finally, we make our products by hand, so your finished treat may vary a little from what you see in the photograph above.
