At Bitesize, we care just as much about who we work with as what we bake. Whether someone is shaping dough in the bakery in the early hours or serving a perfect coffee in one of our cafés later in the day, every role matters.

➤Baker

Full time

Experienced Baker required at our Kitchen in Knockgriffin, Midleton.

Producing pastries and breads for our cafés

Flexible hours

Daytime or night-time shifts available

Salary negotiable depending on experience

➤Kitchen Assistant

Experience Essential

Shifts: 5am – 1pm (based at our Kitchen in Knockgriffin, Midleton).

Early starts and early finishes

Full time on a 7-day roster

38 hour week

€16 per hour

➤Kitchen Porter

Flexible hours (based at our Kitchen in Knockgriffin, Midleton).
