We're opening a hot sandwich bar in Midleton.
It'll sell the best toasted sandwiches and Roman pizza in town, possibly even the best in Cork, who knows, maybe the best in the country.
But the food is only one half of the Bernie's experience. The other half is you.
We're looking for people who will make our customer experience the best it can possibly be. Our customers mean the world to us. Without them, we'd be nowhere. So we want customers to say, "The food a Bernie's is the best, but the people are even better!"
When we recruit staff, we look for the right attitude, rather than focus solely on experience. If making people happy makes you happy, you're our kind of person.
It's a two-way street, though. We do our very best to look after our staff. In fact, we like to think we go above and beyond what most cafés offer.
